  451 Cal; 36" barrel fitted with 2 barrel bands; g. bore; std front & rear sights; barrel on rear of back sight marked TURNERS PATENT; borderline engraved lock marked ROYAL CYPHER & dated 1863; brass regulation furniture of the period; bluish/grey patina to barrel; soft grey patina to lock & hammer; tang marked 12 over 251 over 70; sharp profiles & clear markings; vg stock with minor bruising; rhs of butt stamped CHAPPEL; all complete with snap cap & chain, swivels & correct bronze or copper tipped r.rod; gwo & v.v.g. cond.
