  38 bore; 13½" 2 stage barrel; grotesque mask to the muzzle; sml areas of floral engraving to 1st ballister with floral engraving to the breech; plain lock & cock with sparse areas of floral engraving; beautiful brass t/guard with intricate castings & engravings; beautiful eared butt cap with grotesque mask & floral tributes around the outside; elaborate wrist decoration in brass relief; lhs of pistol fitted with belt hook; vg profiles; clear engraving & markings; soft patina to all brass furniture; exc stock with minor bruising, possibly Russian walnut; complete with correct r.rod; C.1650.
