Lot Description:German, Nazi Period, Single Edged Hunting Knife
vg 13" etched blade with a few dark spots & lt stains, deer & fox to one side, deer & wild boar to obverse side; maker's mark is a shield with a Z inset to the centre; shell guard with swept quillions having hoof motifs to each end; stag horn grip with Nazi motif to centre surrounded by deer's head & antlers; hilt ferrule engraved FUR. JAGDL. VERDIENSTE. HEGERING. TELSTEDE; all complete with Morocco leather scabbard with nickel fittings; vg example of this period. -
