  A 1935 N.Z. Waitangi Proof coin set in original box
  the six coins in good original condition and patina, fitted dark Royal blue lined interior with ivory toned silk to the lid, the exterior in red Morocco leather with gilt trim.
• Provenance:
  ‘The coins are part of a substantial coin collection that my grandfather V.B. (Bruce) Short of Fielding had. We believe that the coins have been in the family for 50 years’. ‘My mother inherited the coins and have been in a safe ever since and very rarely see the light of day’. Bruce Short was Mayor of Fielding from 1965 to 1968.
