  Centring a circular-cut sapphire collet-set between a pierced out surround millegrain-set with scissor-cut sapphires and old-cut diamonds to open work shoulders similarly set with sapphires terminating in foliate motifs embellished with diamonds, mounted in platinum, length approximately 60mm.
