  A WWII Italian Artillery Bandoleer
  A gilt bullion Italian Fascist WW2 period Artillery Officers Officer bandolier with patch/cartridge box. Attached to the bandolier is a silver Medusa Head with snakelike hair and two silver chains attached to it connecting below to a silver shield with two arrows. On the shield is a crowned eagle with a fasces bundle in its claws and the Savoy Coat of Arms on its chest. There is a circular slider on the bandolier and at the ends of the bandolier are two gilt eyes that attach to carbine hooks on the cartridge case. The cartridge case/box itself has a gilded brass finish and mounted on the cover is a silver emblem depicting two crossed cannons with a flaming grenade on top.
