• Notes:
  The artist Rowena Brodie was the wife of Frank Brodie, they married in 1870, Rowena arrived in N.Z. in 1857. Further lots pertaining to the Brodie family included in this auction. See lot 313. Some foxing. Rowena Brodie and her husband Capt. Francis Brodie settled at St John’s Lake, the subject of this work, which now forms part of the Remuera Golf Course.
