  An early 20thC 9ct. rose gold Rotherhams gent’s full hunter pocket watch
  the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, stem wind. 71.5gms, working. The interior cover engraved ‘Presented to Detective A.A. Mitchel by H.W. Lloyd For Valuable Services Rendered 24.9.10 - 17.12.10’.
• Notes:
  It is noted that Mitchell, a Christchurch policeman gained the rank of detective in 1908.
