Japanese, circa early 1960s, brightly lithographed tinplate Popeye wearing black shirt with red collar, blue trousers and white cap, holding a pipe in his right hand with red light, a can of spinach in his left hand, when operated Popeye alternately raises his arms towards his mouth with pipe lighting, in colourful illustrated box showing an animated Popeye with Swee' Pea looking on, stating 'Bubbling Liquid can be purchased at any store', including instructions (E box G) -
