Each hoop of elliptical design claw-set to the front with an asymmetrical cluster of vari-cut sapphires embellished at intervals with brilliant-cut diamonds, the sapphires and diamonds together stated to weigh 40.18 carats and 3.80 carats respectively, length approximately 45mm. -
