  A good old Chinese wooden ruyi sceptre
  entirely carved front and back with multiple important figures holding various vessels, staff and precious objects, the ovoid panelled head with recessed carved/mid-green stone panel of a seated figure holding a long staff and peach, the reverse with pine tree highlights, good evidence of age and wear. Length 550.
