  The elongated octagonal open work plaque decorated to the centre in a lattice work pattern embellished with lines of brilliant-cut diamonds framed by a double open work border of similarly cut diamonds suspended from a fine chain decorated at intervals with a geometric motif collet-set with a diamond to the obverse and reverse, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.10 carats, pendant approximately 30 x 20mm, necklace length approximately 660mm, signed Tiffany & Co., Tiffany respectively.
