  the two letters from the ‘Public Trustee’s Office’ relating to compensation to Mr Herman’s surviving family with one stating ‘My Committee had Mrs Herman’s claim before them and decided that in view of the generous treatment she had received from the American Funds, no payment should be made from this fund’.
