rich dark brown salt glaze, horizontal S-form with two inspection openings to the top, unusually still with their original lids, two side openings (male and female). Height 455, large oval maker’s mark impressed to top rim ‘R. & R. Duder Brick Pottery Manufacturers, Devonport’. -
