Lot Description:George III mahogany and oak long case clock
the painted dial with two women highlighting the arch, Roman numerals with subsidiary seconds dial and aperture dial for date, named ‘Thos. Clarkson, Beverler’, the pediment with double swan neck and gilt brass highlights, fine spiral columns flank the dial, the door crossbanded and flanked by quartered conforming columns, the eight day movement striking on a bell. -
