    formed as an emu egg supported on two slender entwined fern trees, on a naturalistic rockwork modelled base with applied ferns, bird, kangaroo and mining rig, supported on four scroll work feet, inscribed to the cartouche 'Ald. C. A. Ring - Mayor - 1888-1889' and to the second cartouche 'Silverton N.S.W'
