  the transluscent carved agate case of rounded rectangular outline, the hinged cover with blue and white enamel scroll banding to a millegrain-set rose-cut diamond decorated clasp, the white enamel hinges with rose diamond accents, enhanced by a central blue and white jasperware panel depicting a classical maiden and eagle within a rose diamond-set frame
  approximately 86 x 50mm, unsigned, with French assay marks, fitted case by Boucheron
