  an incomplete portfolio of nine lithographs (number 10 ‘Linienrhythmus’ absent), 1919, with title page, list of plates and justification, the later signed in pencil and numbered 52, some defects, each plate loose (as issued) in original Bordeaux paper-covered portfolio with label on the cover.
• Notes:
  Itten was one of the first masters to be appointed by Walter Gropius at the Bauhaus School in Weimar, where he taught from 1919 to 1922.
