Bound together with 'Copies or extracts of correspondence relative to an attack on the British settlement at the Bay of Islands by the natives of New Zealand'. Scarce. Plus, 'Further papers relative to the affairs of New Zealand : despatches from Lieutenant-Governor Grey : presented to Parliament by command of Her Majesty. Ordered, by the House of Commons, to be printed, 26 August 1846' and 'Papers relative to the affairs of New Zealand : correspondence with Lieut.-Governor Grey, 1845-46'. Chiefly relates to despatches to Lord Stanley, with three from Gladstone to Grey. G+.
