  A Queen Sized Bed Base
  with Chinese Curved Legs. 20th century. The wood similar to huali, and stylistically, reminiscent of a Qing day bed Kang, with recent slats. The Kang bed is a sleeping platform widely seen in the villages of Northern China. It is a rectangular construction built on the ground of the room, and is usually located by a window. Condition: very good complete with all slates to take a contemporary Queen size mattress.
