  Ming Dynasty 16/17th Century The table is simply structured, the framed top recesses above a narrow apron. Square legs with hoof feet joined by high humpback stretchers.The worn surface of this table has been preserved and the beauty of the orange/brown patina is intact. The table possesses the qualities of restraint and balance that is the hallmark of classical Chinese Ming furniture. Originally from a properous Chinese household.
