the stud fittings of small oval form entirely set with diamonds from which suspends a large teardrop form with central single ruby cabochon framed by pavé set diamonds, scrolling outer frame, the two rubies totalling 7.37cts, the 74 modern brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.69cts. -
