1888 second edition in two volumes, (Published for the Subscribers) By The Author, London. 48 chromolithographic coloured plates after J. G. Kulemans, two uncoloured and numerous wood engravings in the text. Gilt highlights to the brown leather spines, the spine of Vol. 1 with some damage. This edition was limited to 1000 copies for subscribers. 373 x 290.
