  A good large Victorian mahogany and brass presentation writing slope
  rectangular form with brass inlaid strapping, corners, handles and plaque, opening to reveal a fitted interior with deep purple baize writing surface, various compartments and a secret drawer, with key. 555 x 275 x 170. The plaque presentation engraved ‘Presented to The Revd. Gordon Webster by the Presbyterian Congregation, Lyttleton in Acknowledgement of Services During The Vacancy 1889.’ Note: Details pertaining to Webster and the church available.
