Chromolitho title page, 94 plates (54 chromolithographs, 40 photographic) all with multiple images, and x,172,(2)pp., 4to (28x22cms), publisher's brown pebble cloth titled in gilt. One plate has the lower third cut away (wrist-bells?) otherwise an excellent copy.A beautiful and comprehensive catalogue listing an astonishing array of musical instruments, both manufactured by the company and imported from Europe and the United States. Pianos had another catalogue but piano accessories such as stools, lighting brackets etc. are illustrated here, along with stringed instruments, all types and sizes of brass, bagpipes, banjos, music boxes, accordions, ocarinas, conductor's batons and so on.
