[1882] Numerous originally etched illustrations reproduced by line blocks, 388 & 428pp., some intermittent foxing, thick 8vo., publisher's green cloth gilt with vignettes. Some flecking to cloth and a small 4mm. hole in spine of the first volume. A publisher's list dated 1882 at the end of each volume; CRUIKSHANK, George. [MAYHEW, Henry. Editor] The Comic Almanack and Diary. 1851. London, David Bogue. Handcoloured panoramic folding frontispiece, 6 etched plates, numerous text illustrations, 64pp., 24pp. publisher's catalogue, small 8vo., flush-cut cloth boards with gilt vignette on front board. Boards with some browning and pale water marking. Front board neatly re-attached.
