  A silver cutlery canteen
  Old English pattern feather edged, principally 18thC, various makers and dates. 87 pieces, comprising: 12 tablespoons, dessert spoons, teaspoons, table forks, luncheon forks, table knives, luncheon knives, one soup ladle and a pair of basting spoons. The soup ladle uncrested, the basting spoons crested with a Merman, the balance of spoons and forks crested with an the crest of the MacLean clan. Makers include Hester Bateman and others. The knives with later replaced blades.
