  This work is accompanied by certificate of authenticity from Maningrida Arts and Culture which states in part: 'Ivan Namirrki has painted the hollow log with clan designs important for his Kardbam clan. Species like barramundi, catfish, goanna, long neck turtle and water lily are not only important in a ceremonial context but are also part of the bush food gathered during the year.'
