  Allan C Green Was A Prolific Maritime Artist As Well As One Of Australia's Great Ship Photographers. Sophocles, 1176 Tons, Was A Small Iron Clipper, Built In 1879 By Walter Hood & Co. In Belfast For The Aberdeen White Star Line (George Thompson & Co). In 1910 She Was Sold To Italian Owners And Was Rigged To A Barque.
