  19th Century, Patent inlaid Gems. The serpentine sided box with flat lid recessed with a glazed panel with gilt lace and paste gems set behind, internally a green velvet and moire taffeta interior segmented and containing numerous mother of pearl mounted sewing equipment, 25.5cm wide.
