  with nickel plated steel hilt (some rusting) and ebonised wire bound grip, the blued and fullered blade marked for maker Carl Eickhorn, engraved with ‘Artillerie Regiment No.17 and a train of horses and gun. In black painted steel scabbard. Blade length 810.
