    An Edwardian cased silver four piece tea and coffee service
    the oval panelled baluster form bodies with gilt washed interiors, dome lids to the two pots, each raised on four scrolling legs. Sheffield 1905/1906 by James Dixon & Sons Ltd, the coffee pot presentation inscribed ‘Major W.H. Pettit and Mrs Pettit From Residents of Upper Hutt & District in deep appreciation of their valued services during the epidemic November 1918’. All in an oak fitted box with blue silk and velvet lined interior. Total weight 1682gms.
