Lot Description:A rare Old Sheffield Plate wax jack
the circular base with a cast floral decorated rim, a thumb piece fixed to the edge, the wax holder rising from the centre and fitted with a length of original wicked wax on a spindle rising through a nozzle with conforming cast decoration to the rim, c.1820. Height 120. -
