  45 Cal; 6 shot fluted cylinder; 190mm (7½") barrel with illegible one line address; p. bore; Patent dates to frame 1871 - 1872 - 1875; t/guard marked 45 CAL; considerable wear to profiles; mod wear to patent dates; clear Cal markings; silver grey finish to all metal with fine pitting to areas of cylinder & lhs of frame; vg replacement Colt Eagle grips; un-numbered t/guard & back strap; gwo & f. cond. C.1878.
