Lot Description:BRITISH BROWN BESS CONVERSION TO PERCUSSION & shortened to carbine length, possibly for Colonial usage
750 Cal; 28" barrel with part of tang missing; lock marked TOWER GR ROYAL CYPHER; mellow patina to brass regulation furniture with butt tang marked Q.R.27; dark brown patina to barrel, lock & fittings; slight wear to profiles; clear lock markings; f to g hand rail stock with mod bruising & scratches; complete with rod; gwo & cond. Looks good. -
