  NO.2.; 1901; 12G; 2½" chambers; 1 oz N.P.; 30" barrels; exc bores; measuring 737/737 with 10 th & 24 th restriction respectively; WILLIAM EVANS (FROM PURDEYS) 63 PALL MALL ST JAMES LONDON engraved to side of action which is scroll engraved & displaying traces of orig finish; exc chequered walnut stock with straight hand & rubber recoil pad; vgwo & cond. Presented in leather case, with 2 illegible paper labels, red felt lined, accessories include Purdey cleaning rod & W.E. breech brush; straps & handle intact but one end of lid missing o/w g. cond.
