  38 bore; 5 shot cylinder; 199mm (7") oct barrel marked DEANE ADAMS & DEANE 30 KING WILLIAM ST LONDON BRIDGE; barrel flats engraved WALSH, DUNN & CO MELBOURNE AGENTS FOR THE PROVINCE OF VICTORIA; foliate & borderline engraved frame marked ADAMS PATENT 4980R; front of frame marked M6 (Gippsland district, Sale, Bairnsdale, Bruthen etc); slight wear to profiles; grey finish to all metal; g. chequered walnut grips with hinged cap box; all complete; gwo & f to g cond. A piece of Victorian Police history.
