70 Cal; 9" oct barrel with percussion nipple & drum conversion & captive r.rod fitted, single gold band to breech & marked PONTE FRACT; borderline engraved lock marked PORTLOCK & decorated with trophies & flags; sharp profiles, clear maker & engravings; soft grey patina to barrel, lock & t/guard; vg stock with chequered butt, silver forend cap, barrel key escutcheons & butt cap edging; oval escutcheon base engraved W.H.
