  BRITISH GEORGIAN PERIOD 1827 PATT NAVAL OFFICER'S SWORD
  31" blade with pipe back & unusual spear point, being the 1st Patt, lt staining & a few dark patches near the point; very faint etching near the ricasso; brass guard with folding inner guard with ROYAL CYPHER & fouled anchor; vg white fish skin grips bound with woven copper wire; back piece having a Lion's had pommel; hilt has approx 80% orig gilt finish; complete with brass mounted leather scabbard in f to g cond but missing bottom chape.
