  Ann was a passionate and dedicated traveller and she made many trips to Indigenous art centres as well as enjoying more structured tours in recent years such as the Orion cruises. During these trips she would always be thrilled to meet the artists when possible. As Emily Rohr from Short Street Gallery said She engaged with traditional bush Aboriginal people in vigorous discussions about their work, her passion and enthusiasm was inspirational .
