  incorporating the signature of the maker and Islamic date woven into the field; Vali Allah Mohammadi, 1327; the field decorated with a pendanted medallion incorporating expanded herati motifs framed by multiple scattered boteh motifs on an indigo ground, the field’s borders with a serrated outline framed by three principal borders, the largest incorporating a stylised geometric meander border, the smaller borders of conjoined floral motifs. 2170 x 1230.
