  engraved "Presented To Mr F. F. Cowdroy from ladies of St Leonards P.L.L. 21.3.11". Vendor has identified P.L.L. as Political Labor League which was later known as the NSW branch of the Australian Labor Party. Figural 2 bottle ink stand 28.5cm wide made by James Dixon, Sheffield.
