Lot Description:A Late Victorian/Edwardian Emerald and Diamond Pendant With Detachable Brooch Mount
Cushion outline in 18ct yellow gold and silver centred by a cushion cut emerald of very good quality and estimated weight 2.10ct surrounded by 10 old cut diamonds of good quality for the period and having an estimated TDW 1.60ct. A large oval brooch frame of 18ct yellow gold, pierced interwoven scroll design with engraved decoration, is fitted with two retained screw fittings which allow the pendant to be attached. A folding bale allows the ensemble to also alternatively be worn as a pendant. Gemologist's report available. -
