Lot Description:A Victorian Hardstone Cameo In A Jewelled Brooch
The 29 x 23mm oval cornelian-onyx cameo of a classical woman set in a brooch of yellow gold (tests approximately 18ct) enhanced with white and black enamels and set with 8 oval cut rubies at even intervals in raised mounts as a border. Verso an engraved sentiment dated 1867. With original fitted box. -
