    A good Rudolph Heckel violin
    in the manner of Stradovarius, two piece back, golden orange varnish , original label to the interior with maker’s name and ‘Dresden 1886’. Back length 356mm. In later hard case. Provenance: purchased from Howard Sleath, a violin maker and retailer in Brisbane, Australia 1963/64 by a violin teacher, then gifted to a friend/pupil, our vendor.
