18ct yellow and white gold set with lines and clusters of round cut rubies and a pavé panel of brilliant cut diamonds. The brooch hinges forward to reveal a `Rolex Precision' cocktail sized watch. Manual wind, silver face with polished batons and indexes. TDW approximately 0.38ct, TRW approximately 1.16ct. Gemologist's report available.
