    Finely painted in the centre with three clouds, two striding dragons on the outside Restored
    19.7cm diameter
  • Provenance:
    NSW Collection, ex R & V Tregaskis, 1995
  • Notes:
    *There is only one published example of this pattern known from the Chenghua reign. See 'The Emperors Broken China, Reconstructing Chenghua Porcelain', no B60, pp 121. There are however other examples of this same pattern known from other Ming dynasty reigns.
