  A rare c.1900 marine ivory carved combination corkscrew/bottle opener
  one end carved as three horse"s heads set with black bead eyes and reins to the mouth of two, the screw thread to the central concave band revealing a drop-away corkscrew, the other tapered cylindrical end with turned finial end unscrewing to reveal the bottle opener. Good polish and condition. Length 120.
