  A lacquered wood figure of a Bodhisattva, late Ming/Qing Dynasty
  seated in rajalilasana with her right arm resting on her raised right knee, the left held out in front, wearing long flowing robes falling in loose folds, and a trailing scarf draped over the shoulders and both arms, the head with downcast gaze and benign expression and hair drawn into a high chignon encircled with an elaborate tiara enclosing a small figure of Buddha, remains of polychrome decoration
