    A Royal Worcester scenic vase by Harry Davis, 1912
    the slender vase with a reticulated neck and whorl feet with leafy terminals, decorated to the body with Highland blackface sheep in a mountainous setting upon a cream ground, signed H.Davis lower right, with green backstamp underside

  • Notes:
    Condition: This item is in very good condition throughout with no evidence of damage, cracks, or gilding loss. There is one slender 3 cm line of slightly irregular glaze to the cream body which appears quite unlike the surrounding body when observed under a loupe - it appears just slightly granular or stroke like. This irregular glaze also shows luminescence under black light but there is no evidence of repair to the body.
